At ASOS, you can shop for your wedding dress, your daughter’s prom dress, your trendy maternity clothes, your vacation wardrobe and lots more. The overall ASOS brand can’t fit into any one specific fashion category. It’s a brand for literally everyone — like seriously, no one on the planet is excluded.
ASOS brands include Topshop, Topman and Miss Selfridge, plus they offer their own line of apparel like ASOS Luxe, ASOS design and Reclaimed Vintage, to name a few.
What Is ASOS?
At its core, ASOS is a retailer that’s all about body positivity and carries the trendiest, most fashionable merchandise in over 30 inclusive sizes. You know how some brands charge more for a plus size item than the same in a regular size? Not ASOS. It’s all about inclusivity and equality, baby.
And if you’re sick of seeing images of the Kardashian clan that use Photoshop, ASOS makes clear, “We’re not in the business of digitally altering [models’] appearance either… there’s no reshaping or removing stretch marks here!”
The brand is an official partner of the British Paralympic Association by providing bespoke collections to the ParalympicsGB team. ASOS also works with suppliers to ensure high ethical standards are met and to support “transparency, improving wages, health and safety, addressing and reducing modern-slavery risks, and identifying and stopping child labor,” according to their website.
Note: One thing to watch when you’re shopping ASOS is to confirm you’re shopping within the U.S. online site and not the UK (unless you live in the U.K., of course).
Now that you know what ASOS is, let’s dig in to how you can save the most every time you shop.

How To Make an ASOS Return
ASOS doesn’t include a paper return slip with your order like you’ve probably come to expect from online retailers. You’ll have to create a paperless return for your order online through your ASOS account.
Here are step-by-step instructions for making a return at ASOS:
- Log into your ASOS account.
- Go to “My Account” and then select “My Orders.”
- Click “Create Return.”
- Check the items for return and the reason for your return.
- Search and select the nearest UPS drop-off location.
- Then click the “Create Return” option.
- Your return label is sent to your email for you to print.
- Attach the label to your return and drop it off at UPS.
If the item you receive is “faulty,” the process to return it is the same as above, you’ll just choose “Faulty” as the reason for returning that item, and you won’t receive a replacement item. And if your order is incorrect, you’ll follow the same procedure, but select “Incorrect Item Received” as the reason for the return.
